Swedish female hard rockers Thundermother have returned with a new single, “We Fight For Rock N’ Roll” releasing a video to coincide with the track. The band has teamed up with Sleaze Roxx for the premiere of the video.
The band’s new lineup, featuring new members lead vocalist Guernica Mancini, bassist Sara Pettersson and drummer Emlee Johansson, who join guitarist and founding member Filippa Nassil, made a storming return to form on 24 May in front of a packed house at Debaser Strand in Stockholm.
Formed by Nassil with a completely different lineup, Thundermother went on to become international press darlings, releasing two albums and touring alongside artists such as Michael Monroe, D-A-D, Danko Jones, WASP and others, including a sold out European headline tour last year.
The girls collectively say, “This is a new beginning. We’ll fight for our passion for as long as we can. We fight for rock n roll!”
You can find “We Fight For Rock N’ Roll” on iTunes.
