Release Date: September 15, 2017

Londoner’s the Dirty Thrills have release a completely funky album with Heavy Living.  This album is full of bluesy rock that has a bunch of funk. My first listen to the album took me back to my first Rival Sons album and that same blues funk they have in their sound. If I didn’t already know I was listening to a Dirty Thrills album, I would have thought it was something new from Rival Sons.

It’s rare to get these cool and fun albums that sound this good.  Heavy Living is full of great songs that are a musical experience.  It’s packed full of waning vocals, funky guitars and bass, lots of harmonica and great drum beats.  The beats are so much fun they will make you want to get up and dance.

This was such a truly enjoyable album to listen to.  I can’t wait to see what follows from the Dirty Thrills.

You can grab your copy of Heavy Living today most places music is sold.
