Earlier in October, I had the chance to sit down and listen to the new Nocturnal Rites album ‘Phoenix’ that was released on October 6th. Nocturnal Rites had a 10-year break between the last two albums and it’s great to have them back with new music, great new music. We’ve got a review up on the album here.
I chat with founding member and bassist, Nils Eriksson today to talk about the new album, what the band has been up to, and touring plans to support ‘Phoenix’.
First known USA show will be at ProgPower 2018 in Atlanta in September. Tickets for their date go on sale on November 11th through Ticketmaster.
Check out the audio interview with Nils Eriksson below and make sure to pick up a copy of ‘Phoenix’.
