Finnish extreme metal band Children Of Bodom is back in North America on their “20 Years Down and Dirty Tour” and making a stop in Seattle.  The band is ready and set to tear apart El Corazon on November 7.  Children Of Bodom is very well known for bringing great support acts along with them on tours, and this one is no different.  Carach Angren is support for them and what a combo these two bands will be to see live.  With the way these two are able to tell stories through their songs this will be a must see show.

Carach Angren is a symphonic black metal act from the Netherlands.  The band is well known for the story telling they do in their albums as well as mastering the art of adding instruments like the violin, and keyboard into their sound.  The act has recently released their fifth album entitled Dance and Laugh Amongst the Rotten’.  The record was put out by the label Season of Mist and was highly regarded.  Make sure to catch these guys during the show.

Children of Bodom hails from Espoo, Finland and is named after Lake Bodom which is synonymous for a triple murder that happened their many years ago.  For the last 20 years the band has dominated the extreme metal scene with many classic albums such asHate Crew Deathroll’, ‘Follow The Reaper’,  ‘Something Wild’,  and ‘Are You Dead Yet?’.  Their combination and success of combining keyboards and the harmonization of guitars has helped pave the way for many other bands.  The band has reached commercial success through many outlets, including television shows such as Viva La Bam.  They released their latest album ‘I Worship Chaos’ in 2015 through the label Nuclear Blast.

The tour is starting on October 31 in Dallas, Texas and runs until December 1.  Below are the tour dates and a couple links to some songs from Children of Bodom and Carach Angren to give you an idea of the treat you are in for at the show.
